JBSPL manufactures a wide range of Cold Drawn Bright Steel Bars classified according to various sizes and tolerances, in round, flat, square, hexagonal and octagonal varieties. For us the quality of Surface Finish, Toughness, Straightness, and Packing are paramount. By way of meeting the customer specific requirements, our bar products offer good formability, machine-ability and weld-ability. JBSPL also has offline Ultrasonic Inspection System for detecting the sub surface defects with crack detection in the final process application. Peeled Bars & Ground Bars
When it comes to the quality Peeled Bars and Ground Bars, JBSPL remains the preferred choice of customers. Peeling process is about the removal of outer surface of bars by means of rotating tools; whereas further center-less Grinding is done to obtain a silvery bright finish. Surface defects can be deeper and proportional to the diameter of Bars. Removal of such defects is done by peeling wherein a cut is provided as per customers’ requirements. We produce Ground Bars also in the forms of Cold Drawn Bars as well as Spheroids Annealed varieties. JBSPL ensures best and safest packaging of its products and also Just-in- Time deliveries to its customers.
Shaped Profile Bars
JBSPL also pioneers into special drawn profiles in various shapes like Flat Bars, D-Shape, Round Corner Squaure, Double D-Profile, Ellipse Bars, Half Round Bars, Groove Bars, I-Shape Bars and many more customizedshapes. Regardless of being standard or custom made, we produce special profiles made of premium steel and to achieve the complex precision requirements. We develop profiles as per the specific drawings/designs of customers and within a wide range of dimensional tolerances. Our strict production guidelines and comprehensive controls assure the consistent high quality of our products.
